Just as a side note. Some Enterprise 2.0 software vendors try to make it easier for the businesses to adopt their solutions by integrating them with popular apps. For example, our company Wrike, Inc. offers a project management tool (Wrike.com) that is integrated with email and therefore is very easy to use. People can create and update tasks in the system by sending email messages. It would be interesting to learn your thoughts on this idea.
